摘要
A duplicate diet study to determine the daily chromium intake of Austrians was made. Ten probands (five women and five men) collected the same as they ate seven days running. The mean chromium intake of these probands was 34,5 mu g per day with a range of 28,5 mu g up to 44,7 mu g, the mean intake of the women was 31,4 mu g and of the men was 37,6 mu g. This value indicates a suboptimal supply status and shows a good agreement with an Austrian estimation of the daily dietary intake from 200 single foods.
