摘要
The process of laser irradiation of a surface of SiC ceramics in air was investigated. As a result of SiC oxidation and evolution of CO2, porous SiO2 forms on the target surface. During deposition of ablation products on the substrate, a loose SiO2 film forms. (C) 2009 Elsevier Ltd and Techna Group S.r.l. All fights reserved.
