摘要
Ministry of Education, the State Sports General Administration, the Communist Youth League Central decided together, beginning from 2007, combined with the "National Student Physical Health Standards," the full implementation of the types of schools at all levels in the country extensively to carry out "hundreds of millions of students sunshine sports "(hereinafter referred to as sunshine sports). Its main purpose is to aim at the education concepts "heavy brain light body" which is carried out for a long time in China and the current of the youth physical health status, then to take the measure. Also through the activities, they hope to emphasize protecting the students' basic rights of sleeping and exercising according to the education law. In the 21st century, the campus sports culture plays an important role in the process of personnel training in colleges and universities by its unique way of educating people, a broad mass base and high entertainment. This paper, to take the full implementation of the "sunshine sports" in colleges and universities as the background, describes the far-reaching and positive role which the sun sports take in the construction of the sports culture on campus. The profound content of campus sports culture produces a subtle effect on the teachers and students in the universities by physical education, extra-curricular sports activities, sports training, competition and other forms. So we need to focus on how to comprehensively promote the university campus sports culture and improve the overall quality of students.
