摘要
We develop a two-coil mutual inductance setup to measure the physical properties of matter like conductivity, local magnetic field and skin depth of metal. We consider the accuracy of measurements of the complex conductivity of different materials like metal, superconductor with a two-coil mutual inductance technique. We measure conductivity of Copper with temperature using a two-coil mutual inductance technique and estimate the temperature coefficient of Cu is 3.99x 10(-3/degrees)C. We also study how to optimize this measurement with respect to designing coil like dipole-diploe or dipole-quadrupole. We observe the superconducting transition of BaFe1.70Co0.30As2 around 25.5 K. We have designed our two-coil mutual bridge in such a way that it minimizes the stray field from the source coil.
