Thinking about the Development Strategy of Human Resources in Middle Area in China

摘要
With economic globalization speeding up, the human resources' quality plays a vital role to the economical development. The amount of population in middle area (including six provinces - Shanxi, Henan, Hubei, Hunan, Jiangxi, Anhui) is large and its quality is low, economical development is relative backwardness. Therefore, carrying on the human resources development in the middle area is benefit to comprehensively improve human resources' quality, transform the human resources superiority to the human capital superiority. This article starting with current situation of human resources development in the middle area, analyses existed prominent problems in human resources and puts forward five aspects of development strategies in human resources: Developing education and training, Optimizing the environment of the talented persons, Developing rural human resources in middle area, Establishing and consummating human resources market and so on.
