摘要
The paper extracts three factors by using factor analysis method to evaluate the development of high-tech industry from the perspective of innovation ecosystem, including the innovation output, achievement transformation and the support of high-tech industry. Compared with other high-tech industries, the key to the development of electronic and communication equipment manufacturing industry is to realize the effective transformation of innovative achievements in high-tech industries, including the effective output of innovative products and the effective input of innovation capital. Under the guidance of the innovation process and results, this paper proposes to enhance the innovation technology, cultivate innovative talents, and change the extensive innovation input and the innovation of management concept. Compared with previous studies, the innovation of the article lies in the more comprehensive study of the sample. At the same time, from the perspective of innovation input-output process and result, the countermeasures are put forward to optimize the innovation ecosystem of high-tech industry.
