摘要
Combined with the information space theory, a kind of method for the human resource management system in the construction of the smart city is put forward in this paper. The information space theory can be used to describe the relationship between the human resource management system and the information space theory. Information space theory is used to represent the interdependence relationship between the human resource management systems in the construction of the smart city. The relationship between the human resource management system and the construction of the smart city can be determined through the information space theory, which has minimized the engineering quantity of the human resource management system in the construction of the smart city. The optimal construction method for the human resource management system in the construction of the smart city is determined by the information space theory. The human resource management system in the construction of the smart city is compared with the other human resource management systems, and the construction method for the optimal human resource management system can be obtained accordingly.
