摘要
This paper described the influence of ambient gases (Ar and N-2) during the melt spinning process on thermal stability, microstructure and soft magnetic properties of the Fe84.8Zr3.4Nb3.4B7.4Cu1 nanocrystalline alloy. Compare to the sample fabricated in Ar, the sample obtained from the amorphous precursor fabricated in N-2 shows low thermal stability, its microstructure exhibits strong texture and its lattice parameter increase. The ambient gases also have effect on the magnetic properties, the alloys fabricated in N-2, shows lower B-r/B-s, low permeability and higher relaxation frequency. (C) 2003 Published by Elsevier B.V.
