Analysis on the Trend of College English Teaching Reform from the Perspective of Employment and Application

This paper puts forward the teaching mode of project oriented teaching mode based on the work process, which is based on the actual work of the project as the carrier to design the teaching scene and tasks, so that students can complete the whole work process, and obtain the relevant knowledge and skills, and this may enhance students' English practical ability as a new feature of College English teaching. At the same time, the author believes that we must strengthen the close cooperation between school and enterprise, make full use of enterprises' guidance to improve the students' market competitiveness.
