摘要
In this study, ilmenite (FeO·TiO2) was reacted in a nonequilibrium hydrogen plasma at absorbed powers of 0.4 to 1.2 kW and pressures of 800 to 3500 Pa. The purpose was to determine the extent to which hydrogen would be utilized in a plasma compared with that of conventional heating. The results showed that the extent of hydrogen utilization with a plasma can far exceed that predicted for conventional reduction with H2.
