摘要：

Many influence factors affect operation performance. The paper treats weapon-equipment as research object and carries on the study on operation performance. The research results can provide basis and reference for improving weapon-equipment, advancing the whole capability of weapon-equipment and promoting operation performance. Through analyzing and researching the influence factors of weapon-equipment on operation performance, the paper puts forward the questions and countermeasures on improvement of operation performance, in terms of different phase of weapon-equipment life cycle, which has very important referenced value for improving the weapon-equipment's design and argumentation, specification and standard, man-machine integration, maintenance and support, environment adaptability.
