摘要：

The difficult employment has become one of the current problems to the news media professional students. Enhancing graduates employment has become a key factor. This paper takes the optimizing college professional curriculum model as the starting point, proposes to adjust the course content, establish a demand-oriented practice models, guide students to set up a correct concept of employment and improve the practical operation ability, by analyzing the employment status of the news media and dissecting the causes of the difficult employment.
