In this paper, by means of an abstract continuous theorem of k-set contractive operator and some analysis techniques, the authors study the existence of periodic solution of the nonlinear neutral differential equation with multiple deviating arguments (d)/(dt) (X(t) - cx(t - tau)) = (n)(i=1)Sigma alpha(i)(t)f(x(t - tau(i)(t))) + (m)(j=1)Sigmabeta(j)(t)g(x'(t -gamma(j)(t))) + p(t).
