摘要
Very recently marketing was something unknown and difficult to heads of educational institutions. Preschool educational institutions of Ventspils are. governed by market laws therefore they regularly participate in marketing activities. Taking into account satisfaction of service buyers (parents) and service users (children), fulfilment of staffs hopes, competitive advantages and institution's visions for the future development, heads acknowledge that organization's activities cannot be planned without regard of marketing tendencies. Analysing performance of a preschool educational institution of Ventspils, there was made a conclusion that each pre-school educational institution in Ventspils is developing and searching for opportunities to improve their performance quality, W well as they show a new tendency of widening the range of services.
