摘要：
Intensity noise including Mode Partition Noise (MPN) and Mode Hopping Noise (MHN), and Phase/Frequency Noise Spectrum (INS) are calculated for a two-mode semiconductor laser. RIN is derived considering of MPN and MHN effect.
