摘要
Business Model Innovation (BMI) and creativity have become critical skills for achieving success in developed economies. Many businesses that have embraced innovation have a special room for the innovation process that is designed to fit their business culture and at the same time provide room for creativity to spur. However, businesses need to take into consideration the fact that these innovation environments influence the people working inside. Understanding the connection between the environment and the people facilitates the optimization of that environment so that the attitude, behavior, satisfaction, and work performance of the ones working inside the innovation environment is improved. Further existing creative innovation environment might not be optimal for BMI and optimizing efficiently and effectively the expected output of BMI new BM's and changed BM's. The paper analyzes environmental elements: temperature, humidity, CO2 levels in a business model innovation environment.
