摘要
In this work we highlight the contributions of Parfor in the training of mathematics teachers in the State of Maranhao. The methodology followed a line supported by bibliographic research and data collection. The analysis of qualitative data was supported by Bardin's Content Analysis (2016) and foundations of educators such as D'Ambrosio (2012), Lorenzato (2010), Pimento (2006) and Tardif (2014). The quantifiable results revealed characteristics of the municipalities served and the students enrolled. The qualitative research presented characteristics of the graduates that reveal the dimension of how much the Degree in Mathematics at Parfor represented a professional and personal improvement.
