摘要：
With the popularity of the development of the network, intelligent, the opportunity that college students have contact with the outside world is increasing but also faced a surge in suffering which are embodied in different types of legal problems. This paper lists the shortage of the college students' legal consciousness education mechanism of our country. The author hopes to provide a useful reference for our country ordinary university' college students' legal consciousness and problem solving mechanism. This is not only our country teaching of ideological and political education courses' practical needs currently, as well as the guarantee for college students' basic rights and needs, it is necessary for the practice of promoting the rule of law in our country.
