摘要
The response of a microwave filter can generally be represented over the frequency range of interest by a physically-based equivalent circuit using discrete or distributed elements, A computer-aided procedure is described for determining the values of the circuit parameters for the most general response allowed by the circuit topology. The procedure is illustrated by application to: a coupled cavity filter that can be realized with cascaded quad- and tri-sections; a six-pole filter with a similar response; a novel mixed digit filter; and a quasi-low-pass, stepped impedance filter.
