摘要
In this study, the mixtures of graphite, MnO2 and MoS2 with different weight proportions (20:1:1, 30:1:2 and 30:2:1) were used as oxygen reduction catalyst of MFC, and effect of the weight proportion on the power density was evaluated. The data suggested that the MFC with catalyst prepared by graphite, MnO2 and MoS2 weight proportion of 20:1:1 exhibited the highest optimal power density of 120 mW/m(2).The long term performances of MFCs with these different mixtures were also studied. With catalyst prepared by graphite, MnO2 and MoS2 weight proportion of 20:1:1, the best performance of MFC was achieved at 5th day with the value of 125 mW/m(2). And after 12th day, the power density was stable and fluctuated around the value 95 mW/m(2), which is also higher than other catalysts. The long term performance of MFC with different graphite, MnO2 and MoS2 proportions was decreased in the order of 20:1:1 > 30:2:1 > 30:1:2.
