摘要：
The inevitable enterprise brings many legal risks in the process of product innovation, how about these legal risk management is important to enterprise development. Through the analysis of the reasons for legal risk in enterprise's product innovation, in the Sanlu company product quality problems due to lead to bankruptcy as an example, the specific content of enterprise legal risk management in product innovation.
