摘要：
A human action recognition method based on histogram of oriented gradient (HOG) of motion history image (MHI) and Speeded Up Robust Features (SURF) is presented in this paper. The method overcomes the shortcomings of the algorithm based only on HOG of motion history image. The experiment results show that the new method improves recognition rate and has a promising performance.
