Flexible and wearable optical pressure sensor using 3D polymer directional coupler

摘要
We propose flexible and wearable optical pressure sensor using directly inscribed 3D polymer directional coupler. In experiment, we achieved a sensitivity of 1.46 MPa-1 with a pressure range from 0-0.2 MPa using the proposed device.
