摘要
In the flotation process, there is a close relationship between the flotation conditions which represented by the flotation operation state information and the flotation production index. Based on the in-depth study of flotation situation awareness methods, this paper gave the description of flotation situation and provided a framework for the stability assessment of flotation conditions. With the accurate perception of flotation condition and operation trend, the stability evaluation model of flotation condition is established. Than a local anomaly factor algorithm (PLOF) based on the pattern distance was proposed to identify abnormal operating mode. This paper also put forward a variable weight mechanism of the penalty correction for the weight of risk index to highlight the influence of the basic index with large fluctuation degree. Furthermore, by the calculation of the global operating condition fluctuation function and the membership function, the stability of the operating condition can be quantitatively analyzed, which provides valuable reference information for the optimization control of the flotation process.
