Because of the globalization, talented men become the most important property for the enterprise. More and more enterprises are aware of that employees' work and life balance play a crucial role in business development, causing lower value commitment to the organization and even outflow of talent. Before, more researches were focused in the field of characteristics and experience of job that affected value commitment to the organization, while social support was less studied and undefined. Our research is to understand more about how social support, such as Supervisors, coworkers and family, affects the relation between work and life balance and value commitment to the organization. The main objective of this study is to verify the effect of work life balance, Social support (including Supervisor Support, coworker support, family support) on organization commitment, and further investigate whether social support influences the relationship between work life balance and organization commitment. The research uses employee of high-tech industry as research object with literature review and 320 questionnaire adopted as a methodology to proceed data collection, SPSS was utilized to conduct Descriptive Statistical Analysis, Reliability Analysis, Analysis of Variance, Correlation Analysis and Regression Analysis for testing the hypotheses of this study. The results of this study are shown as follows: 1.There was an apparent positive correlation between work life balance and organizational commitment. 2.The supervisor support and family support had the significant moderating effect on the relation between work life balance and organizational commitment, however, coworker's support as moderator does not make any effect on relationship between work life balance and organizational commitment. This research is put forth with the sincere hope that it will make a contribution to the service industry and the future research.
