Peculiarities of inhomogeneous charge density distribution in dielectric oxides

摘要
An inhomogeneous distribution of charge and spin densities in both dielectric and metallic systems creates a number of interesting phenomena: phase transitions, superconductivity, etc. Numerous investigations have been concerned with properties of crystals with small (doping) quantities of elements such as K, Na, and Bi. However, in reality, inhomogeneously ordered simple systems are of nontrivial interest. In this paper, we present the results of an NMR study of VO2 (V-51 nuclei) and PbO2 (Pb-207 nuclei) and numerical analysis of BaBiO3 and BaKBiO3 dynamical properties.
