摘要
One of the topics of current economic theory is the effect of economies of scale on the real economy. American economist Paul Krugman in his work focused on analyzing the causes of urbanization, based on the theory of imperfect competition. In the field of international trade, he developed a theory on the impact of the concentration of production on relative transport costs. Through his work, Krugman managed to link both his areas of scientific interest.
