摘要
These days, most of the companies are at crossroads as they are facing some totally new type of challenges. Not only for profitability, but also for their survival they need to strategise in innovations. It is claimed9[1] that as per the trend of last one century, almost half of the major companies existing on date will be not be around in next 25 years and only those will survive that will not only have learned the strategies of innovating aggressively. But the bigger challenge is to ascertain the innovation index in a company. It is said that anything which cannot be measured, cannot be monitored. This paper attempts to find answers to burning issues regarding feasibility and practicability of measuring innovation index.
