摘要：
The paper presents the link between the income inequality and the economic growth for some of the richest countries of the World. The emphasising of inequality of income distribution in the most developed countries is produced between the poorest and the richest segments of population. The phenomenon "Leaving the Poor Behind" is illustrated for United States of America, as an economic law of the Poor who do not beneficiate of the economic growth.
