摘要：

The upgrade of industrial structure is a critical issue China faces in the new era. From the experience of developed countries, who improved their upgrade of industrial structure by FDI, FDI is an essential way to realize the upgrade. According to the current situation of FDI in China, this paper proposes the order of industry choice of FDI through its effect on industrial optimization and light up the way of industrial choice for China.
