摘要
We demonstrate strong nonlinearities of n(2) = 8 x 10(-15) cm(2) W-1 in single crystal silicon carbide at a wavelength of 2360nm. We use a high confinement SiC waveguide fabricated using a modified smart-cut process. (C) 2014 Optical Society of America
