摘要：

At present, most of China's Group corporations haven't established scientific and feasible financial risk management system and many problems appeared under the impact of financial crisis. The paper starts from the introduction of research status in China and abroad. And then by the method of status analysis it expounds the problems existing in financial risk management of China's Group Corporation. After that, it further analysis the financial risk of China's Group Corporation. At last strategy for reasonable establishment of financial risk management system is put forward.
