The effect of temperature on the photoelectron emission in single-crystal molybdenum

摘要：
The results of the experimental investigation of the spectral characteristics of the quantum yield are presented near the photoelectron-emission threshold in single-crystal Mo(lll) surface in the range of temperatures from 300 to 1000 K. Strong temperature dependence of the photoelectric current is observed for photon energies of 4.66, 4.87, and 5.15 eV.
