摘要：

The application for mobile E-government is getting more and more widespread. In Administration of Industry and Commerce the personnel information is frequently inquired. The mobile personnel information system based on the PDA platform was designed and implemented. The system was composed by GUI Layer, Analysis Engine, Cache Engine, Configuration Layer as well as components provided by Microsoft. By mining and using of the existing Outlook data fully, we realized the mobile human affairs analysis and the data induction.
