摘要：
For the teaching systems of the mechanical and electrical courses can not meet the demands of the rapid development of the economy, this paper proposes the reform thought that is "relying on the training targets, improving the teaching means, reforming the teaching modes, outstanding the practice link, strengthening the innovation education". The reform provides the strong guarantee to train the innovative mechanical engineering and technical talents.
