摘要：
Practical teaching has been playing a significant role in realizing the training objectives of higher education, i.e. cultivating skill-oriented and practice-oriented compound talents. In recent years, research on the education and development of foreign language teachers has become a hot topic. Set in the background of heightening practical teaching in higher education in China, studies on how to improve Business English teachers' practical teaching competence will provide some suggestions for optimizing Business English teaching team and constructing the discipline of Business English in an all-round way.
