摘要：

A method is developed to solve a problem of stochastic programming arising in optimal design of power-and resource-saving processes and equipment when information on some parameters (input design data), which cannot be determined from the process operation, is incomplete. A characteristic feature of this problem is the requirement that the process constraints be satisfied with a specified probability. An algorithm to solve the problem is developed.
