摘要：
Women seem to prefer conformity and networking as guiding principles in team building, while men tend to prefer hierarchical structures. Up to now organisations have been built according to masculine structural principles without considering the emotional and sexual motives of their members. Currently this appears to be in a state of change with comtemporary organisational innovations in a risky and also promising process.
