摘要:
The adsorption of an effective chemiluminescent reagent lucigenin(bis-N-methylacridinium nitrate) on different silica oxides was investigated, Adsorption of lucigenin from aqueous solutions onto non-functionalized silica gel and silpearl was found to be quick, quantitative and strong. These lucigenin-modified silicon oxide compounds were tested as potential solid-phase chemiluminescent reagents, It was found that this reagent function was stable for more then 200 analyses at a rate. of 120 tests per hour. The solid-phase lucigenin reagent is irreversible but can be easily regenerated, It was applied to the flow determination of vanadium(IV) and iron(II) with detection limits of 0.7 and 0.8 mu g l(-1), which are ten times more sensitive than for a closed system.
