Main concepts of the elite oriented engineering educational system

The paper presents the framework of the educational system and the main concepts of the effective methods in training engineers and technologists based on the new approach for making more active the students' thinking and intensifying the memory productivity during the lecture. Psychological and social aspects of the elite oriented educational system and their impact an the students' personality are described. Data are given about the fundamental tenets and the subjects of the humanitarian values in order to make the best use of the latter ones at lecturing the engineering courses. Recommendations are given about moulding the professional ethics and introducing the new technical terminology in the course of delivering the lectures. Conclusions are drawn concerning the main outcomes of reflecting the humanities and arts in the context of the elite oriented engineering educational system.
