摘要
Corporate culture is an important aspect to be considered by organizations in order to develop some competitive advantages and enhance corporate social performance. The main purpose of this research is to examine and prove the influence of corporate culture on corporate social performance. Thus this paper constructs the model between them, with the moderator of corporate culture strength and the consistency of corporate culture. Based on the survey data, results show that: corporate culture has a positive effect on corporate social performance. The strength and consistency of corporate culture can positively and partly moderate the relationship between them. According to the results, this study offers suggestions for organization management on corporate culture construction and good corporate social responsibility acquisition.
