摘要
With the rapid development of high-speed trains in China, the power consumption during the operation of electric locomotives is increasing, which poses a serious challenge to the economic and environmental protection operation of the traction power supply system (TPSS). The purpose of this paper is to address the contradiction between environmental protection and economy of TPSS by introducing new energy units such as photovoltaic combined with energy storage system (ESS) to meet its peak-shaving and regenerative braking energy (RBE) recovery needs. At the same time, the carbon trading mechanism is introduced in the operation and scheduling stage to further balance environmental protection and economy, and an optimal scheduling model is established with the objective function of minimizing the sum of operation cost, maintenance cost and environmental cost. Finally, a typical daily data of a traction substation in Hunan Province, China, is selected as an arithmetic example to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.
