摘要：
Lymphoepithelioma-like carcinoma of the bladder is rare tumour which is called so because of the histological similitude with lymphoepithelioma carcinoma of nasopharynx. Its pathogenic aspects have been unknown and conservative treatment has taken a main place in the management of pure cases. The authors report a new case and discuss pathogenic aspects, prognosis factors and therapeutic aspects. (C) 2009 Published by Elsevier Masson SAS.
