摘要
This article aims to reflect the problem of death from an approach of hermeneutic ethics. For that, we will consult the following texts by Paul Ricoeur: The problem of the foundation of morals, Philosophie de la volonte - le volontaire et l'involontaire and Vivo ate a Morie and Ojust II, in addition to the commentators on this matter. The text is organized into three topics. The first deals with the expressions of freedom as an interaction of human action, the second, we will reflect the moral life from the representations about death as an interpellation to the meaning of acting and existing and, finally, we will approach the object of reflection about life, of death and freedom in an understanding of bioethics in the thought of the French philosopher.
