Changes in the system for social services in Bulgaria concerning the ase of assistive technical devices

The report is treating the problems of the transition to new type offering of services in Bulgaria. The philosophy of excluding of disabled people and lack of rights in totalitarian State and new philosophy of finding out of rights of disabled before the society is compared. New phenomena for the country are non governmental organizations for social services as the National Social Rehabilitation Centre. The NSRC establishes new network of services for assistive devices and actively stands for the right of disabled to receive them. The matter of financing is also discussed.
