VOCATIONAL TRAINING OF WORKERS IN THE DIGITALIZATION OF THE LABOR MARKET. SPECIAL REFERENCE TO TELEWORKER TRAINING

This article analyzes the vocational training system, highlighting those key points that could help solve one of the great problems of the Spanish labor market: the lack of qualification of an important part of the human capital. It is evident that the use of technology as a work tool requires, first of all, learning how to use it. And this not in an isolated way, in a specific moment of life, but over time. The constant modifications, related to the Fourth Industrial Revolution, require the continuous requalification of the worker. Precisely, with the aim of responding to the demands of the new social and labor context, Organic Act 3/2022, of March 31, on the organization and integration of Vocational Training, is approved. We must wait for its development to know its relevance and efficacy.
