摘要：
Ovarian cancer is the eighth most common newly diagnosed cancer among women in Germany. Although surgery is established as an important part of standard therapy for gynecologic malignancies, medical treatment has changed over the past few years as new drugs were developed. These innovations relate to targeted therapies and have led to a significant improvement in the prognosis of all entities, particularly for ovarian cancer. The current relevant data on targeted therapy of ovarian cancer are presented in this review article.
