Study on the forest fire spread based on logistic model

摘要
The population model was used to the forest fire spread model, the spread rates of different plants in different slopes and different wind grades were calculated, the solutions to the forest fire spread model in different spread rates were obtained, and the characteristics of the forest fire were analyzed as well. However the actual forest fire is affected by many factors such as the asymmetry of the combustible plants, pond, wetland, and rainfall etc. along with the boundary of the fire field, therefore the boundary and the area of forest fire will possibly swing. The logistic difference model was introduced to analyze the chaos of the forest fire due to the randomicity of the fire field's shape, the chaos conditions and rules of the forest fire spread were analyzed and forecasted. Because the burning plants affect on the plants around them, the forest fire spread model has some similar characteristics of the population model.
