In the environment of economic globalization, human resource development and management is put on the agenda because of the changing of competitive arena, "game rules" and the increasing strength of our opponents In the new round of competition of overall national strength, A truth is revealed completely, that is, gaining the talents, gaining the world. The ultimate goal, cultivating compound talents, can be achieved by exploring and innovating human resource development and management under the guiding of "human centered" scientific outlook on development.
