摘要
For the problem of increasing the accuracy of surface imaging by the aerospace radar it would be relevant to use the modern concept of cognitive radars. It is stated in the paper that there is no unified statistical theory for the algorithms synthesis of cognitive radar operation. Taking into account this situation it is proposed to use a mathematical non-linear filtering apparatus as a basic mathematical approach. To test this idea the problem of statistical synthesis of algorithms was stated and its solution was obtained within the criterion of the minimum root mean square error. On the basis of the obtained optimal algorithm a structural scheme of the surface imaging cognitive radar was developed.
